    Philip Mancini is a commercial fly tyer with many years of experiance in the art of tying. Philip tyes for private individuals as well as clubs and organizations. He will take special orders and custom tye your order to your specifications. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he can bring the art of fly tying to a level anyone can understand and enjoy.

    Tuition 

    Private Lessons: $40 a lesson, each lesson is 1 1/2 hour long
